Each individual in a couple is a complex human being with all sorts of dreams, wishes, fears, needs, and histories. 

 

When two individuals find themselves struggling to maintain a meaningful connection, relationship counseling may be just the ticket to set you back on course.

Sometimes difficulties in relationships can cluster around major life events; for instance, moving in together, having a baby, financial difficulties, sexual differences, career changes, lifestyle changes, or retirement. Sometimes significant betrayal has occurred, and couples need a guide during these difficult moments. 

Through relationship coaching, I help couples more truthfully know themselves and each other. This leads to a better understanding of how their inner selves are affecting their day-to-day, outer lives.

 Couples therapy is not an easy process at times, and I know that sharing our inner selves with others takes courage, but together we can light the journey ahead.
