Life is filled with joyful moments. But it’s also filled with stressful moments that challenge us, sometimes on a daily basis.
Maybe those stressful moments involve changes in career or transitioning to a new relationship. Or maybe those life stressors come in the form of a personal loss. Sometimes, an event might trigger some long lost grief that was never fully resolved. Other times, an event might spark a reason to work on becoming a better version of yourself. No two people are alike. My work with individuals is to walk your path with you and help connect the pieces of your past to your present.
